A Study on Job Satisfaction among the Employees at Dalmia Cement (Bharath) Ltd., Dalmiapuram, Tamil Nadu

Abstract
Job delight is a preferred mind-set in the direction of one’s process, the difference between the amount of praise people get hold of and the quantity they accept as true with they need to receive. Worker is a backbone of every organization, without employee no work may be done. So, worker’s delight may be very vital. Personnel can be greater glad if they get what they predicted, job pleasure relates to inner emotions of employees. Hence, this study has been carried out to analyze the satisfaction level of mill employees. Chi-Square test and percentage analysis have been used in this study to analyze the job satisfaction of paper mill employees in Madura coats Madurai district. The study shows that only 44% of the employees are satisfied with the working conditions, 31% of them with the welfare facilities, 44% of them with the accident compensation, and 42% of them are satisfied with the rewards provided and 52% of them are satisfied with the grievance handling procedure. The company may additionally give significance to positive elements such as canteen, rest room centers, rewards, reputation and merchandising coverage in order that delight of the employees may be advanced similarly.

Work from Home on Library Services during Pandemic

Abstract
Over the last one and a half years, people across the world have been forced to work from home. This has naturally accelerated the development of the digital workplace. Work in the digital age provides a comprehensive analysis of how emerging technologies reshape the workplace. How does the process of digitalization transform the nature of work? Technological change in the workplace is occurring across many types of industries such as trade, finance, and telecommunication and so on. Library & Information science field is no such exception. Libraries are predominant sources of statistics for society and they function guardians of the general public’s get entry to to statistics. The arrival of the digital global has revolutionized how the public obtains its facts and how libraries provide it. However, at present the whole world is going through a critical phase of COVID-19 pandemic & lockdown environment. Coronavirus has threatened and affected almost all spheres of our living and livelihood. Every academic institution including libraries and information centres have been affected with corona virus. Libraries with their reading halls/ study rooms are also closed. Hence, no physical access to the print collection is possible. As a result, the concept of ‘work from home’ provides a proper way to manage the home time into use of quality time. The main emphasizes of this paper how libraries can best contribute beyond the off-campus to users’ during this crisis and how to make use of our resources remotely at home.

Selection of Allopathic System of Medicine by Diabetic Patients

Abstract
Diabetes is a chronic disorder of metabolism of carbohydrates proteins and fat due to complete or virtual shortage of insulin secretion and with unreliable measure of insulin resistance which can be characterized by hyperglycemia, glycosuria and hyperlipidemia balance. To analyses the selection of allopathic system of medicine by diabetic patients in kanniyakumari districts. The present study is based on primary data. Primary data have been composed with the help of pretested interview schedule administered to the respondents in the selected study area. Since the Pseudo R2 is 0.7862 in the probit regression model of diabetic patients, they have the nearest positions about the ranking the reasons for choosing government hospitals for treatment in the study area. A large number of diabetic patients have preferred allopathic medicine. Most of the patients depend upon allopathic medicine. The model was significant at 1 per cent level of significant. The coefficient of total cost of treatment was found to be negative and significant, meaning that getting treatment in allopathic system of medicine involved more treatment cost than the other medicine systems, so the probability of selecting allopathic medicine was negatively related with the total cost treatment.

Corruption in India: Challenges and Prospects

Abstract
Corruption is the most widespread endemic and a greatest threat to economic and political development of any nation. Given the high level of corruption in India, this phenomenon has turned into a cankerworm that has eaten deep into the fabrics of our system. In recent times, the issue is receiving attention of authorities, policy makers, businessmen and civil society organizations. In other words, fight against corruption has emerged as a key developmental issue. As such, this study is an attempt to delve into the current status of corruption in India with a focus on issues and challenges in combating corruption. During the discussion, the authors found that the major scams committed in India since 2009 are a direct result of deficit in governance. This paper also found that lack of competent leadership and management, inherent delays in criminal justice system, hostile witnesses marked with lack of values as key challenges in eliminating corruption. To ensure a corruption free society, the authors strongly suggest simplification of office processes and procedures, filling up of judicial vacancies, civil participation for necessary buy-in and inclusion of private sector under anti-corruption laws, besides strengthening and empowering anti-corruption agencies. To sum up, it is argued that good administration is possible only when corruption is eliminated from society. Individuals who are currently garnering the most attention, such as corrupt politicians, businesspeople, and judges, should be socially shunned and barred from serving in our holy, self-governing country. To accomplish these desired social changes, enacting strong legislation with severe penalties and its rigorous execution is the need of the hour. The study is expected to contribute to the ongoing debate on the link between corruption and anti-corruption campaign, as well as the formation of a broad political consensus on how to deal with it in the future.

A Study on Rewards Management at Gitanjali Medical Center, Trichy

Abstract
This study is intended to analyze the rewards management at Gitanjali Medical Center, Trichy. The study is based on the descriptive research design and questionnaire methods is adopted for this study. The sample size chosen for this study is 100 and purposive sampling has been used for data collection. The data collected is analyzed and interpreted by using table, charts, percentage analysis has been used for interpretation of data analysis.

Determinants of Employee Job Satisfaction: An Analysis of Structural Equation Model

Abstract
Imbalances in an employee’s working life have become a major problem due to the many issues related to employee well-being, productivity levels and boredom at work. Work-Life balance has now become a vulnerable topic because it offers real benefits to the organization and its success, so the goal to be achieved in this study is to provide an explanation of the influence of charismatic leadership and Work-Life balance against organizational commitment through employee job satisfaction in the broadcasting industry. The study was conducted using a questionnaire distributed in November-December 2019 where respondents used as many as 190 employees in the broadcasting industry in Jawa Timur. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study show that a good charismatic leadership will increase employee job satisfaction, a good Work-Life balance will increase employee job satisfaction, and good job satisfaction will increase commitment. Organizational employees, good charismatic leadership will increase employee organizational commitment and good Work-Life balance does not increase employee organizational commitment directly.

Abstract
The growing prominence of small tea growers in the tea producing landscape has an overwhelming effect on the decision of its raw material or green tea leaf. The small tea growers also have an inclusive role to ignite the entrepreneurship in the people who were outside its orbit. The transition which is taking place due to growing numbers of small tea growers to the quality of life and overall day to day economic activity is immense. The role of the institutions and market scenario is also changing due to changes in overall organizational growth. However the study in intended to unveil the contribution of small tea growers in a multidimensional approach.

Abstract
Participation of workers in management is a key component of industrial democracy. Workers’ participation in management is founded on the Human Relations approach to management, which introduced a new set of values to both labour and management. Workers’ participation in management entails their mental and emotional involvement in the enterprise’s administration. It is viewed as a method that allows workers to participate in decision-making. Participation refers to the mental and emotional involvement of a person in a group setting that encourages him or her to contribute to the group’s goals and share responsibility for profit. It is also known as labour participation or employee participation in the management. Also known as staff participation or employee participation in management. The International Labour Organization has been urging member states to promote a participatory management system. It provides scope for the employees in decision making of the organization and includes the willingness to share the responsibility of the organization by the workers. This study helps to understand the relationship between workers & management at Aavin, Trichirappalli District Co-operative milk producers, Union ltd.

Assessing Employee Performance of Civil Servants in Indonesia

Abstract
Employees are the main wealth of a company because its participation is the key to the running of a company’s activities, so it is important for the company to be able to optimize its employees in accordance with its function to become a quality and superior asset whose real form can be seen through performance of the officer’s work. Work performance is the result of work achieved by employees in a certain time in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. The Unitary Agency of the Nation, and Politics of Medan city is a local government organization in serving the community. In achieving the goals of the organization, the Unitary Agency of the Nation, Politics of Medan city must pay more attention to its employees. Factors that can influence work performance in this study are work ethic, work experience and work culture. This research aims to find out whether work ethics, work experience, and work culture partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees of the National Unity Agency, and Politics of Medan city. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative method with the help of the SPSS program version 26.0. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was all employees of the National Unity, and Politics Agency of Medan city, and a sample of 43 respondents. Primary data retrieval using a questioner. The results showed that work ethic, work experience, and work culture partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees of the National Unity Agency, and Politics of Medan city.
