Abstract
Smart Cities are the urban areas, which have been identified with an aim of providing essential infrastructure, environment that is hygienic & sustainable, and provide a good quality of life to their public through the implementation of ‘smart solutions’. In India 100 smart cities are been identified by the National Smart Cities Mission whose core objective is to promote urban areas for developing and improving the socio-economic, physical and institutional pillars of the city to grow the economy and increase quality of life. In this paper, we have reviewed the status and impact on development of smart cities with reference to post COVID-19 pandemic. Here we have studied on basis of six different fundamental aspects, which have seen a boom and downturn in its development after pandemic in their areas like Technology and Innovation, Health, Education, Mobility, Governance, and Environment. This paper outcome will help the policy makers to review their decision based on which aspect of development has positive impact and which sector has negative impact.

Abstract
Distance learning has become increasingly popular in recent years, with the COVID-19 pandemic forcing many educational institutions to shift to online learning. However, students with disabilities may face unique challenges when learning remotely. In this exploratory study, we explore the role of teacher innovation in promoting inclusion for students with disabilities in distance learning. Using a qualitative approach, we conducted interviews with teachers who had experience teaching students with disabilities in a distance learning environment. Our findings suggest that teacher innovation plays a critical role in promoting inclusion for these students. Teachers who were innovative in their approaches to teaching were better able to engage students with disabilities and create a more inclusive learning environment. We also identified several key factors that contribute to teacher innovation in distance learning. These factors include the use of technology, collaboration with other teachers and professionals, and a willingness to try new approaches to teaching. Furthermore, this study highlights the importance of innovation inclusion in distance learning for students with disabilities. By being innovative in their approaches to teaching, teachers can help to ensure that students with disabilities are able to learn effectively and achieve their academic goals. This has important implications for the future of distance learning and the inclusion of students with disabilities in online education.

Abstract
Land policy is critical in land planning affairs. Some agrarian cases in various regions are evidence that Agrarian Law (UUPA) No. 5 the Year 1960 requires a review. Land redistribution was less than fruitful outcome, a study that carried out in PTSL BPN II Surabaya. This study aims to describe and analyze the impact of the PTSL program at BPN II Surabaya; find out the inhibiting factors; investigate the strategy and impact faced by Indonesia on land policy choice uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The finding indicates a lack of success in land redistribution as the national program that can be seen from the private sector orientation in the policy that the private sector can own 480.000 ha, should only get 25 ha based on UUPA No. 5 in the Year 1960. The advantage of land redistribution for the private sector is due to the investor-oriented private partnership policy. Whereas, the withdrawal budget causes the inhibiting factor for land redistribution in the PTSL context by the central government. The government’s strategy in the future must consider UUPA in applying land redistribution. It can be concluded that land reform policy has a positive impact if the land redistribution policy pays attention to the public interest.

Abstract
Waqf is one of the Islamic social instruments. There are two types of productive waqf instruments, namely assets waqf and cash waqf. Cash waqf poses new challenges to the concept of waqf, perhaps the most obvious is how to ensure that waqf assets continue to exist, for example reduced in value due to the time value of money, operational risks such as poor administrative management, waqf assets that do not develop due to idle funds and loss of waqf assets due to mismanagement. This research aims to explain the role of risk management at waqf manager of cash waqf. This type of research is quantitative research. The results show that risk management is necessary in preventing fraud and enhancing good governance. In case of waqf manager of cash waqf, good governance is not as mediating variable between risk management and fraud prevention.

Agriculture human resource management is a very complicated issue that is more impacted by social than by economic variables. One of the most significant areas of research in the social sciences is the examination of how fishermen and their relationships in India are affected by the changing ocean structure. Over the past three decades, a number of studies have been conducted on this topic. A quick overview of the research studies conducted on some of the components of human resource management in fishing is felt acceptable to give. In the framework of a fishing economy like ours, this research analyses human resource management’s role in boosting fishing production widely.

Abstract
This study explores the profit-sharing practices carried out by cattle farmers on Sapudi Island, which is a cattle island in Madura. The research method used is ethnographic-religious. The results showed that the profit-sharing practice was determined based on a cooperation model carried out in the form of bendheen and panguwan. The proportion for profit-sharing 50:50 represents the principle of justice and togetherness. Furthermore, in the maqasid sharia review, cattle breeders achieved the five required maslahatans, namely Hifdzu diin (protecting religion), Hifdzu nafs (protecting the soul), Hifdzu aql (protecting the mind), Hifdzu maal (protecting property), and Hifdzu nasl (protecting offspring).
