Abstract
The static password is as yet a foundation for confirmation of numerous sites, application and so on, it is the most prominent and the least secure validation technique. At the point when the aggressor gets the secret word of the client, he can utilize it inside its lifetime. At that point, the assailant can mimic the client for a boundless time. So this structure makes all-out security. On the off chance that one sign into a session, the username can be set as a live iris image. This can’t break security and will be secure, likewise less tedious. In the event that there happen a circumstance that some other client expected to sign in, at that point can set the settings, to give username is the dynamic username. This gives access to control consent. On account of the password, an one-time password is sent to the gadget and will naturally bring from gadget to sign in. This case gives legitimacy time and access control authorization. The plan is to make a one of a kind username and secret key set for every session with the end goal that different security vulnerability in traditional, live iris image username and OTP password frameworks can be handled.

Abstract
SMS based Information Systems is the need of the age. Most of the present SMS based information systems send one way SMS based informative text messages generated from respective knowledge systems. By applying information retrieval methodology using models like Vector Space Mode, the systems can allow its users to send queries as per their requirement of information. This makes the system more fruitful from the user’s point of view. This paper is about such initiatives for accessing relevant literature like poems, phrases, Rhymes, stories, abhang and much more. The mobile based quick library access system MQuickLib allows users to access such literature by formulating transliterated queries. The Vector Space Model is used to create the systems knowledge base by processing. The document terms and matched with the query terms by allowing variation in spelling due to transliteration style of the users. The matching score is assigned by devising a set of rules that identify the distance between two terms dk the term from document and qj the query term. The original Levenshtein’s minimum edit distance algorithm is modified by applying this rule based approach. These rules are identified by collecting SMS queries from users for a given set of known queries in Marathi (Devnagari). Experiments were carried out for the collection of Marathi and Hindi literature that mainly include songs, gazals, powadas, bharud and other types. These documents are available in a standard transliteration form like ITRANS (an Indic Transliteration System). This paper elaborated a rule based approach and analyses the results to select appropriate rule based model that is further applied for the development of MQuickLib system.

Abstract
As organization are trying to achieve more by less it is evident that the pressure is increasing on the physical and mental health of employees in varied form. Presenteeism refers to reporting at workplace even when ill or even if unwell. This approach is slowly increasing due to the rising reassure of remaining competitive and excelling others in the unending race of competition. This is a more serious issue of concern as the data and conditions of absenteeism can be recorded, measured and diagnosed but presenteeism is comparatively difficult to assess and work upon. In fact presenteeism seems to be affecting the health of the employees much core than absenteeism thus requires a workplace attention in order to preserve the future vitality and organization credibility as a preferred place to work. The present paper emphasizes on various aspects of this concern with respect to the available factors leading to presenteeism, causes and suitable measures to reduce the dysfunctional outcome of this. It also highlights different measures available to measure presenteeism highlighting its striking features from absenteeism. The discussion will aid in bringing forth the relevance of such pertinent issue ensuring long term employee health, organization culture and climate practices intact and ensuring healthy employer employee relation along with employee productivity and efficiency.

Abstract
It is said, “No man is an island entire of himself”. We would like to apply this to the Business Organizations. The owners of any Business organization no matter how competent cannot alone bring the organization in the arena of success. A great deal of cooperation is required on part of the various stakeholders viz. the customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders and the society at large. Corporate Governance has come in vogue after 1932. All this has taken place with the tremendous growth in the size of the corporations. It is not possible for owners to keep control over every activity of the organization. Thus, the need to have specialized managers to manage the various activities has arisen. The Board is required to oversee the working of the company by its managers.

Abstract
The State of Odisha situated in the eastern part of India consists of 30 districts, of which Mayurbhanj is the largest one. The percentage of tribal population in this district is around 60%. Mundari, Santali and Ho are the main tribal languages abundantly spoken by the tribes of Mayurbhanj. But, Odia is used as the state language in the government schools. Most of the teachers of these schools belong to Odia background. Multilingual situation exists in the classrooms. The non-availability of tribal teachers and the existence multilingual situation in the classrooms negatively impacted the reading skill of the tribal children.
Keeping this in view, some project objectives were fixed, and innovations were tested. In order to materialise the project objectives, some strategies were adopted, which are as follows.
• Developing School as an enabling system
• Developing Teacher as a Catalyst
• Creating Reading Culture in the community
• Linkages and Networking with System and Functionaries

The above strategies involved certain activities to revive and promote the beliefs, values, morals, ethics and languages of Indigenous Adivasi culture. Abundant use of tribal oral languages in the classroom both by the teachers and the children, development of bilingual tribal books and their uses in the schools gradually created a stimulating environment for the tribal children, which ultimately led to improve their early reading skill.

Abstract
Recent development in virtual reality (VR) interaction with 3D camera and sensors like kinect, range camera, leap motion controller etc., has enabled opportunity in development of human computer interaction (HCI) application. Hand gesture is one of the popular ways that people use to interact with the computer. Even automatic hand gesture recognition appears as a suitable means for interacting with virtual reality systems. This paper focuses on the study and analysis of the application based on gesture interaction technology in virtual reality. Customizing gestures for pointing, grabbing, zoom in/out, swap were defined and implemented in unity 3D with leap motion SDK. The effectiveness of the hand gesture was analyzed through recording user experience and questionnaire.

Abstract
Paper is the output of a research study conducted with professional designers to explore the challenges practicing user experience in Agile scrum. The challenges are compiled as eight key postulates. Revealing hidden pain points of designers, this paper gives a clear axis to stakeholders of Agile scrum and Agile organizations to streamline their user experience design process along with the scrum.
