Towards Developing a Morphological Analyser for Arabic Noun Forms

Abstract :

This paper studies the Morphological analysis and processing of noun forms in Arabic language. It focuses on the inflected noun forms and discusses the singular, dual and plural formation as well as case representation. The deterministic finite state morphological parser for the Arabic forms can deal with Morphological and orthographic features of Arabic and the morphological processes which are involved in Arabic verb and noun formation and declension. The Morphological analyser adds all the necessary information (prefix, suffix, stem, etc.) to each morpheme of the words; so the values will be added to each morpheme. Using Finite State tool to build the computational lexicon that are usually structured with a list of the stems and affixes of the language together with a representation that tells us how they can be combined together and how the network of all forms can be represented.

தமிழ் நாடகத்தில் பெண்; கலைஞர்கள்

Abstract :

தமிழ்ச் சூழலில் பெண்கள் நாடகத்துறையில் ஈடுபடத் தொடங்கி சுமார் அரை நூற்றாண்டுகள் கடந்துவிட்டன. தமிழ் இலக்கிய வரலாற்றைப் பொறுத்தவரை, சங்க காலத்தில் பெண் நிகழ்த்துக்கலைஞர்கள் இருந்தமைக்கான சான்றுகள் காணக்கிடைக்கின்றன. ஆனால், அதற்கு அடுத்து வந்த இலக்கியங்களில் பெண் நிகழ்த்துக் கலைஞர்களின் பங்களிப்புகள் கிடைக்கப் பெறவில்லை. தமிழ் நாடக மரபில் பாலாமணி அம்மையாரின் பெண்கள் குழு, தனித்த முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்தது. தமிழ் நாடகத்தில் ஆண் வேடமிட்டு நடித்த கே.பி.சுந்தராம்பாள், விடுதலை இயக்கச் சார்புடைய கலைக் குழுக்களில் செயல்பட்ட பெண்கள் எனப்பெண்களுடைய நாடகச் செயல்பாடுகள் குறிப்பிட்டுச் சொல்லும் படியாகவே இருந்துள்ளது.

அரங்கியல், மானிடவியல் – இரண்டிலும் நாம் இங்கு குறிப்பிட முனைபவை உலகளாவிய கொள்கைகளை ஆராய்வதையோ,  விமர்சிப்பதையோ விடுத்து – அதனுள் உள்ள பயனுள்ள விடயங்களைத் தேடுவதாகும். அது விஞ்ஞான ரீதியான ஆராச்சியோ அல்லது நிகழ்த்துனரின் அறிவை அறிவதற்கான கல்வியோ அல்ல. அரங்க மானிடவியல் என்னும் இக்கற்கை சட்டங்களை வகுக்கவில்லை. முhறாக நடத்தையியல் பற்றிக் குறிப்பிடுகின்றது. அரங்க மானிடவியல் கற்கை என்பது ஒரு மானுட வர்க்கத்தின் கலாச்சார கோலங்களை மட்டுமின்றி உடல், உளவியல் கலாச்சார கோலங்களையும் கற்பது ஆகும். எனவே அரங்கியல், மானிடவியல் கற்கை என்பது படைப்பாற்றல் நிகழ்வின் ஏற்படும் போது சமூக கலாச்சார மற்றும் உடல் உளவியல் ரீதியான கற்கையாகும். வெளி,பார்வையாளர் இவற்றை இணைக்கும் புள்ளி ஆற்றுகையாளன் அல்லது நிகழ்த்துனன். நிகழ்வை ஆற்றுகை செய்கையில் ஆற்றுகையாளனின் மொழி பார்வையாளனைச் சென்று சேர வேண்டும். எனில்  அவன் ஆற்றல் திறம்பட வெளிப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். அதற்கு செப்பனிடப்பட்ட ஆழமானபயிற்சிகளும், அக்கலை பற்றிய ஆழ் மன அறிவியலும் ஆற்றுபவனுக்குத் தெரிந்திருக்கவேண்டும். ஆற்றுகையில் ஆற்றுபவனின் உடல்,உள்ளம் என்பன ஒருமித்த பாதையில் பயணிக்க வேண்டும். அப்பயணப்பதையில் ஆற்றுகையாளனின் சக்தி பார்வையளனுக்கு கடத்தப்படும்.. அவ்வாறு சக்தி கடத்தப்படும்;போது அதற்கான வரவேற்பு மிகப்பெரியதாக இருக்கும்.

Automatic Music Player based on Human Emotions using Face Recognition

Abstract :

Nowadays, almost everything is computerized, which defines the term “digital world”. Without computers we can’t even survive these days. In order to interact with computer, blue eyes technology is introduced. It is a system programmed with perceptual and sensory abilities, i.e., “giving human abilities to systems”. This helps the computer to sense one’s mood and current position (in terms of feelings and needs) with the help of their facial expression and touching mouse. The technology uses image processing, face recognition, age tracking and speech recognition techniques. This paper explains a new technique known as emotion sensory technique which helps the system to identify the user’s mood (say happy, sad, angry, surprise and etc.) with cloud storage and authentication. This technology helps in developing a more user friendly and effective communication between human beings and computer.

Memory Management – An Efficient Key Value Storage with the usage of Dynamic Random Access Memory

Abstract :

Efficient key value storage has become one of the significant and most sought out need for the current storage aspects. The efficiency of key value basically depends on the Atomicity, Consistency, Isolation, and Durability (ACID) properties. The key value holds necessary commands to handle the data. Those key values must have a systematic basic storage and it can be either fixed size or varied length. This systematic storage should be augmented, consecutive, distributed, sustainable and stable. Distributed key value storage helps us to maintain necessary scalability and availability of data. In this paper, the storage discrepancies can be resolved with the mass storage scheme such as Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM).

Traffic Control System for Emergency Vehicles using Radio Frequency Identification

Abstract :

Nowadays road traffic in all urban and in national highways are increased and which leads to the accidents. The road traffic is controlled by using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology [1][2]. The RFID sensor, sense the data about the vehicle which is near the signals and sends it to the controller. The controller receives the signal from the sensor to his/her smart phone and controls the traffic using his smart phone according to the emergency vehicles priority in the traffic. In this paper, the priority is given to the emergency vehicle to save the human life. This technology can be enhanced in big cities with huge traffic congestion. Furthermore, this paper can reduce the traffic congestion during the arrival of emergency vehicles to save the human life and to reach the appropriate destination. The algorithm which is used in this paper is Priority Based Control Algorithm to control the traffic in roads specifically for the emergency vehicles.

Automatic Path Finder and Controller of Robotic Arm using Multi-Neuron Heuristic Search Algorithm

Abstract :

Robotics is a highly multi-disciplinary field which attracts the attention of many researchers from diverse fields. Robotic Path Planning is one of the major problems. Robot needs to find its path for navigation purpose without collision. Multi-Neuron Heuristic Search (MNHS) which is an advanced form of A* algorithm, used in this paper. MNHS is used for Robot path planning. The motivation is to make the problem robust against the uncertainties that might arise like the sudden discovery path being followed. The MNHS has better capabilities to solve maze-like maps where the uncertainty is extremely high. Another such area is when the robot enters into a highly chaotic area. Here, it might be better to go with a path that is less chaotic or has lesser number of obstacles. We tested the algorithm for numerous test cases. In all the cases, the MNHS was able to solve the problem of path planning in well manner
