Abstract
Digital pathology and artificial intelligence (AI) have emerged as transformative technologies in modern diagnostic medicine, enabling advanced analysis of histopathological data and improving clinical decision-making. This cross-sectional analytical study evaluates the role of digital pathology and artificial intelligence in enhancing diagnostic performance using 248 digital pathology cases. AI-assisted pathology systems significantly improve diagnostic accuracy (+7.8%), reduce interpretation time (-42.9%), and enhance inter-observer agreement (kappa 0.91 vs 0.74). Full AI-primary workflows demonstrated the highest performance scores (F=7.86, p=0.001). The findings highlight the growing importance of digital pathology infrastructure, machine learning algorithms, and interdisciplinary collaboration between pathologists and data scientists.

Abstract
The medical profession, particularly nursing, is a noble field that combines compassion, service, and technical skill. Nurses play a crucial role in patient care by providing continuous monitoring, emotional support, and timely medical assistance. This study explores the astrological foundations of the nursing profession by analysing planetary influences and house significations in horoscopes. The 6th house (service) and the 10th house (profession) are identified as key determinants. Special emphasis is placed on planetary combinations involving the Moon, Sun, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu. Through analysis of sample horoscopes, recurring patterns are identified that indicate nursing potential. The study concludes that emotional intelligence, service orientation, and technical ability, reflected astrologically, form the foundation of a successful nursing career.

Abstract
Hearing impairment represents one of the most prevalent sensory disabilities worldwide and significantly affects communication, social interaction, cognitive functioning, and overall quality of life. Advances in hearing rehabilitation technologies have transformed the management of hearing loss through the development of sophisticated assistive devices, digital auditory processing systems, and emerging artificial intelligence-based solutions. This cross-sectional analytical study examines technological advancements in hearing rehabilitation and evaluates their clinical effectiveness in improving auditory outcomes and quality of life among 186 individuals with moderate to severe hearing impairment. Advanced digital hearing aids and cochlear implant technologies significantly improve speech perception, auditory processing, and communication abilities. Cochlear implant users demonstrated the highest improvement in speech recognition scores (74.6, F=5.89, p=0.003). AI-based auditory processing systems and tele-rehabilitation platforms further enhance rehabilitation outcomes by providing personalised therapy programmes and remote monitoring capabilities. The study underscores the need for equitable access to advanced hearing rehabilitation services through telemedicine, community health programmes, and AI-driven therapeutic innovations.

Abstract
Cytopathology has emerged as an essential diagnostic discipline in modern medicine, offering minimally invasive techniques for the detection and characterization of various diseases, particularly malignancies. This cross-sectional analytical study evaluates the diagnostic accuracy and clinical applicability of cytopathological techniques in disease detection and classification using 232 cytological samples. Fine-needle aspiration cytology combined with immunocytochemical and molecular techniques demonstrates high diagnostic accuracy in detecting malignancies and inflammatory diseases, with AI-assisted cytological image analysis achieving the highest overall accuracy (95.4%, F=7.21, p=0.001). The study highlights the importance of integrating advanced molecular techniques, digital cytology platforms, and AI-based diagnostic tools into cytopathological practice

Abstract
Literacy encompassing reading, writing, and oral communication competencies is the foundational academic skill upon which all subsequent learning depends. In Sioma District, Western Province, Zambia, public primary school teachers face significant challenges in implementing effective literacy instruction, resulting in persistent learner reading and writing deficits that constrain academic progression across all subject areas. This article examines the challenges experienced when teaching literacy in public schools in Sioma District, contextualising local findings within global scholarship on literacy pedagogy, AI-assisted reading platforms, digital literacy tools, and inclusive early childhood literacy development. Drawing on a descriptive survey of teachers and school administrators, findings identify inadequate teacher training in literacy methodology, absence of reading materials and digital literacy resources, large class sizes, mother tongue transition difficulties, and limited family engagement in literacy support as primary challenges. The article argues that AI-powered adaptive reading platforms, speech recognition-based phonics tools, and digital community literacy programmes offer transformative pathways for addressing literacy teaching challenges in resource-constrained Zambian public schools. Policy recommendations are presented.

Abstract
The digital revolution has profoundly transformed the English language introducing new vocabulary, restructuring communicative conventions, reshaping writing practices, and generating new hybrid linguistic forms that blur boundaries between formal and informal language use. In Mongu District, Western Province, Zambia, the increasing penetration of computers, mobile phones, and social media platforms into educational and everyday life contexts is progressively shaping the English language practices of secondary school learners and teachers in ways that carry significant pedagogical implications. This article investigates how computers and digital technology have affected modern English language use among secondary school students and educators in Mongu District, contextualising findings within global scholarship on digital linguistics, AI-enhanced language learning, natural language processing, and the pedagogical implications of technologically mediated language change. Drawing on a mixed-methods survey, findings document significant digital-driven changes in vocabulary acquisition, writing conventions, reading habits, and oral communication practices changes that present both opportunities and challenges for English language education. The article argues that AI-powered language learning platforms, NLP-based writing feedback tools, and digital media literacy education offer strategies for leveraging technological language change in service of English language development. Policy recommendations are presented.

Abstract
As digital technology penetrates more deeply into Zambian civic and economic life through mobile money, e-government services, social media, and online commerce cybersecurity awareness among citizens has become a national development imperative. Low cybersecurity awareness creates vulnerability to phishing, identity theft, online fraud, social media manipulation, and ransomware risks that disproportionately affect the most digitally inexperienced users, including rural communities, elderly citizens, and those newly entering the digital economy. This article investigates cybersecurity awareness among Zambian citizens, contextualising findings within global scholarship on national cybersecurity strategy, AI-driven threat education platforms, digital literacy development, and community-based cyber resilience programmes. Drawing on a survey involving 10 ICT experts and broader citizen assessment, findings reveal that awareness of common cybersecurity threats is low, safe online behaviour practices are inconsistently adopted, and institutional support for cybersecurity education is fragmented and insufficient. AI-powered cybersecurity training platforms, national digital literacy programmes, and community-based cyber awareness campaigns are identified as evidence-based pathways for improving national cyber resilience. Policy recommendations are presented.

Abstract
This Research study explores the impact of planetary influences on entrepreneurial success, with a focus on business nature and sectoral alignment. It examines how key planetary combinations influence entrepreneurial orientation and sector selection. A qualitative analytical approach is adopted using a dataset of 197 entrepreneurs and regression-based analysis, integrating astrological principles with selected Industries. The findings indicate that specific planetary configurations, particularly involving Mercury, Rahu, Jupiter, Saturn, and Mars, are associated with traits such as communication, innovation, expansion, and structural stability, which are critical for entrepreneurial success. The study further observes that success is more prominent in sectors aligned with these influences, especially technology-driven and scalable industries. The research proposes a structured framework linking planetary influences to business nature and entrepreneurial outcomes, contributing to the interdisciplinary understanding of astrology and entrepreneurship.
