Biometrics Authentication using Electrocardiogram Approach

Abstract :

Biometrics is a secure alternative for traditional methods in identity verification [1]. Electrocardiogram (ECG) is an emerging biometric security mechanism. Biometric measures are used in many different areas and industries to provide a relatively high level security. The word biological is based on DeoxyriboNucleic Acid (DNA), behavioural is based on gait or keystroke dynamic, and morphological is based on uniqueness for all people like fingerprint or face etc. [2]. ECG is combined with commonly used face biometric and fingerprint biometric. The uniqueness of the electrocardiogram signal has encouraged its use in building different biometric identification systems. It is also a source of supplementary information to a multi biometric system; it shows moderate performance in a uni-model framework. The concerns involved to use ECG as a biometric for individual authentication are the lack of standardization in signal features and the presence of acquisition variations. Otherwise this make the errant users to hack the data or information.

Fingerprint Enhancement using Gabor Filter Algorithm

Abstract :

The most important thing in fingerprintenhancement method is the segmentation of region and theinterest. Many automatic systems for fingerprintenhancement techniques are based on minutiae matchingconcepts. Minutiae matching concept pointed to the core point, ridge ending and bifurcations of the ridges thatidentifies the fingerprint image pattern. The proposedenhancement method is an essential pre-processing of thefingerprint enhancement applications. Enhanced fingerprintis a common and complex in fingerprint identificationmethod as it gives the base for the performance ofcomputing system. The ridge structure in a fingerprint canbe viewed as an orientation patterns, having a spatialfrequency and orientation. The important step in fingerprintimage recognition is the segmentation of the region ofinterest. Results define the robustness of the proposedsystem.

Massive Multiuser Multiple-Input and Multiple-Output Wireless Communication System on Antenna Array

Abstract :

This paper is about massive multiple-inputs and multiple-output technology based on the wireless 5G communication system. Surface of antenna in communication engineering applications array deployment regions are usually uneven. In the real antenna deployment scenarios, a spatial distance of massive Multiple-Input and Multiple-Output (MIMO) antenna arrays is usually irregular. The effect of mutual coupling on irregular antenna array is by the channel correlation model and receiver gain. Our result provides guidelines for the massive MIMO antenna deployment in real scenarios. A large number of antennas at the transmitter impose a high computation burden and high hardware overloads. In this communication, we present a dual-polarized antenna array with 144 ports for massive MIMO operation at 3.7 GHZ. The presented MIMO concept can be utilized inorder to improve the angular resolution and to reduce the side lobe level for a given number of transmitting and receiving antenna.

Fraud Detection Using Data Mining Techniques

Abstract :

The purpose of this study is to develop a data mining model for fraud detection in various fields such as online transactions (i.e) net banking, tax payers, credit cards etc. and securing data from the third parties(intruders). For fraud detection, very large volumes of data are to be mined and needs some complex mechanism in order to extract full information about those integrators and frauds. It is truly based on baseline study. Some base line studies might help in establishing the extent of fraud detection. These baseline studies uses some current technologies such as ID3 algorithm, Hashing algorithms, Apriori algorithm, query outlier analyses, use case diagrams, pattern reorganization, etc. In order to detect fraud, they depend upon some random audits, informants and some undercover operations. To overcome this problem we used a hashing association mining technique. This study might increase the efficiency and accuracy in fraud identification. For fraud detection, there is no need of any electronically signatures and ensures that some process would not be rejected so that it would increase the performance or working of false alarm rate for fraud detection. Not only have credit cards, but also in every fields such as money laundering, taxed payers and so on. The algorithm is based on the traversal path using hashing approach which is a theoretical approach. Not only managing fraud detection in tax payers but also it is applicable for integrators in network areas in changing data. It uses various tools in finding the frauds and also the integrators. This paper is mainly concentrates on fraud detection and integrators. There is a major need to develop the hierarchical tree structure into different constraints for the fraud detection system. The rate efficiency of this system will determine by analysing raw data and compare with previous techniques. This algorithm will build or improve the alertness by alarm rate which may be classified into two types, one is false alarm rate and the other is actual alarm rate. With the help of these alarm rates, frauds and as well as integrators might be easily detected. So there is a necessity of alarm or alertness for the frauds and integrators.

Randomized Image Password and a QR Code Based Circumnavigation Mechanism for Secure Authentication using caRP

Abstract :

Password is the security primitives used for proving a user identity in online. Many graphical password techniques have been proposed which is used to improve password usability and security. In this paper, we present a Captcha as gRaphical Password (caRP) technique. caRP is used to resolve most of the security issue in graphical password such as online dictionary attacks, relay attacks, shoulder surfing attacks[1]. caRP provide new approach that address image hotspot problem which is encountered in graphical password by generate new image for each login user. User authentication has been important for security. To make secure user friendly graphical password, we use randomized image password. Randomize Image Position(RIP)randomized the visual image position of visual object[2]. To build up the security in graphical password it combines RIP and caRP. In this stage, we introduce Quick Response (QR)login mechanism to improve the security scheme. It helps the user to securely access his account in an unsecured environment. QR means quick search and it transfer a piece of information from the transitory media to your mobile device. This scheme offers better security and well suitable for many applications..

Efficient Resource Scheduling for Cloud Computing Jobs with Sensitive Deadline Alerts

Abstract :

Cloud computing is one of the fastest growing technologies in the world to storing a huge amount of data. The tenants require from cloud providers whose consistency and network performance as an important object. To increase the income of the cloud provider and to get efficient use of cloud for the tenant, the concept of time sliding and bandwidth suggestion is proposed. The efficient resource utilization with deadline requirement and hard bandwidth of a job is guaranteed. Hence, bandwidth to the tenant is not guaranteed. To overcome this, we are using charging system and hard bandwidth guarantee. A tenant can con by requesting without need an additional resource than they actually required or by declaring a shortest job in deadline than the actual one. To overcome this, Dcloud provides a strategy proof charging system, here it support the tenants to present the actual job request and it provides final report analysis to the tenant about their usage. By reporting the slow down file, we add the essentially required resource to run the job to a certain extent and then store more resource to the requested job.
