To ensure the maximum reach of scholarly articles, International Journal in Management Research and Social Science (IJMRSS) adopted the open access policy. The published articles in the Journal can be freely read and download from online by anyone immediately after publication in Portable Document Format (PDF) without paying any subscription or registration fees. All the published manuscripts in IJMRSS are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY). Articles can be shared and adapted, provided that the original work is properly cited.
The quality of the paper
The quality of the paper is related to the significance, novelty, completeness and correctness of the research work. These terms are defined as,
Significance: The importance of the work. It define the purpose of the research work and checks whether the author solved any important problem of current interest.
Novelty/Originality: The new concept or tool developed by the author.
Completeness: The author tested the concept in a wide range of scenario or given only a simple proof for the concept.
Correctness: The solution or technique given by the author is acceptable or not?

Peer review process
Any article submitted to IJMRSS is scrutinized by two review process. In preliminary review, the Editor-in-Chief / Associate Editors / Editors check the suitability, presentation, quality and plagiarism of the article. Then the approved manuscripts are considered for a secondary review.
The secondary review of the article is done through a double blinded peer review by the review committee, after the removal of author’s name and contact details to ensure an unbiased review process. The formation of the review committee for each paper is based on specialization of the Reviewer in subject area and consent of the Reviewer. The committee is a panel of two eminent academicians or industrial experts in respective subject area. The reports of both the reviewers will be considered while deciding on acceptance, revision or rejection of the article. Based on the reviewers’ comments, the final decision will be taken by the Editor-in-Chief. The Editor-in-Chief may consult with one or more editorial board members from the respective subject area for the decision making. In case, if the author challenge the Reviewer’s negative decision with suitable arguments, the article will be send to one more Reviewer for the review and based on his / her recommendation the final decision will be taken by the Editor-in-Chief .
Policies on the use of Human or Animal Subjects
While reporting experiments on human subjects, author(s) should specify whether the procedures followed were in accordance with any ethical standards set by a governing committee responsible for human experimentation (i.e. if applicable, a university review board) and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2000. If the author(s) are doubtful that whether they conducted the research work in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration, in a separate document they must explain the rationale for their work, and, if presented before a review body, express that the institutional review body explicitly approved the doubtful aspects of the research. The human subject related researches are required to state in the manuscript that all human subjects were provided with the approved informed consent.
While reporting experiments on animals, author(s) should specify whether the research work is guided and approved by institution or the National Research Council, or national law on, the care and use of laboratory animals was followed.
